Coaching Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

Purpose: These terms govern participation in all training sessions, programs, and camps run by Creating Greats Football Academy. They protect both the coach and participants.

1. BOOKINGS & ENROLMENT

  1. All sessions must be booked in advance through the academy’s registration system.

  2. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received (if applicable).

  3. The academy reserves the right to refuse enrolment if forms, consents, or payments are incomplete.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Session fees must be paid as outlined in registration forms or invoices.

  2. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, cash, or approved online payment.

  3. Late payments may incur a $10 administration fee per week.

  4. Packages (e.g., term passes) are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. Player cancellation:

    • Cancellations made 24+ hours before a session may receive a full refund or credit.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refundable.

  2. Academy cancellation:

    • In the event the academy cancels a session (e.g., bad weather), a make-up session or credit will be provided.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

4. WEATHER & FIELD CONDITIONS

  1. Sessions may be modified or cancelled in extreme weather.

  2. The academy will notify parents via WhatsApp, email, or phone as soon as possible.

  3. Players are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and footwear for conditions.

5. PLAYER BEHAVIOUR

  1. Players must follow coach instructions at all times.

  2. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in:

    • Verbal warning

    • Temporary removal from session

    • Suspension or permanent removal in severe cases

  3. Parents will be notified of behaviour issues.

6. INJURY & HEALTH RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Participation is at the player’s own risk.

  2. Parents must disclose medical conditions and relevant health information.

  3. The coach may administer basic first aid; in emergencies, medical services will be contacted.

  4. The academy holds Public Liability Insurance but is not liable for injury resulting from inherent risks of sport.

7. CHILD SAFETY COMPLIANCE

  1. The coach holds a valid Working With Children Check.

  2. Child Safe Policy, Code of Conduct, and reporting procedures are in place and available upon request.

  3. Parents may raise concerns at any time with the coach.

8. PHOTO & MEDIA POLICY

  1. Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

  2. Consent must be provided via registration forms.

  3. Children without consent will not appear in public media.

9. PRIVACY

  1. Personal information collected will be used solely for academy administration.

  2. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except for legal obligations.

10. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge:

  • They have read and understood the T&Cs

  • They accept the risk of participation

  • They agree to abide by all policies outlined
